Trisha Tull, shown with her spouse, Don Summerfield, coordinates U.S. support for God’s Green Resourceful Earth. Along with Bishop Tom Ochuka in Kisumu, Kenya, Trisha founded God’s Green Resourceful Earth in 2016. A resident of Henryville, IN, she is Professor Emerita of Hebrew Bible at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY and author of Inhabiting Eden: Christians, the Bible, and the Ecological Crisis and the 2024-2025 Horizons Bible Study Let Justice Roll Down: God’s Call to Care for Neighbors and All Creation.

Mark Lynch became interested in food insecurity during his 20 years as a student pastor where he saw many students and their families struggling to make ends meet. Since 2015 Lynch has been working full time on basic needs projects and is also in the discernment process with the United Church of Christ.

Sajal Sthapit works to improve food security and seed sovereignty of smallholder farming communities through the conservation of crop biodiversity. He is a Program Advisor to the Community Seed Bank Association of Nepal and has a PhD in plant pathology. He was connected to the work of God’s Green Resourceful Earth through his mother-in-law, Dr. Patricia Tull, and is advising them on agriculture and project data management.

Mindy Hidenfelter is a conservation enthusiast with a background in arboriculture and natural resources management. She currently works as the Coordinator for Presbyterians for Earth Care, a faith-based environmental non-profit promoting the care of God’s creation. Mindy lives in Wake Forest, NC with her family, where she enjoys spending time hiking and running.

Jo Randolph became interested in growing food and caring for creation growing up on a farm. A retired professor of sustainable design, she now volunteers as the Earth Care Congregations coordinator in her local church, and as a member of Heartland Presbytery’s Earthkeepers, Kansas City’s Sustainable Sanctuaries, and Presbyterians for Earth Care, where she is treasurer. She and Rick have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. They love to travel to visit children and to learn about the created world around them.

Rick Randolph is a family physician based in Lenexa, Kansas. A retired army colonel, he served as Senior Chief Medical Officer of Heart to Heart International, with responsibility to develop medical, disaster, and rural health programs in the US and abroad. He currently serves with the Global Care Force in Ukraine. He is on the Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisors in Disease Prevention and formerly chaired the Environmental Sustainability Rotarian Action Group.
